I also create a competitor analysis doc to give my research a clear direction.


Then I create an outline to structure my research and start populating each section with key talking points, examples, expert inputs, and statistics.

  • Remove filler words and check for redundant words, phrases, ideas.

  • Double down on specificity by replacing wishy-washiness with specific facts.

  • Create stylistically simple + readable content with short sentences, simple words, active voice.
