It all starts with a SERP analysis, where I read and review the first few search results for a keyword.
I also create a competitor analysis doc to give my research a clear direction.
Then I create an outline to structure my research and start populating each section with key talking points, examples, expert inputs, and statistics.

Remove filler words and check for redundant words, phrases, ideas.
Double down on specificity by replacing wishy-washiness with specific facts.
Create stylistically simple + readable content with short sentences, simple words, active voice.
